I am a CAMFT-certified supervisor, and have extensive experience providing individual and group consultation to beginning and seasoned therapists. I work from a relational and psychodynamic perspective, informed primarily by object-relations, self-psychology, attachment theory, and intersubjectivity.

For many years, I have provided group and individual supervision at Family Service Agency of Marin, Community Institute for Psychotherapy, and Crisis Support Services of Alameda County. I founded the popular Clinical Conversations series at CIP, and have created and taught numerous presentations for trainees, therapists, and supervisors.
